First add your business and bank details under Setup → Invoice details. They print on every invoice.
Invoices paid in cash or by EFT are added to Income straight away. Card and Yoco payments are counted when you import your Yoco or card machine file, so they aren't counted twice. When an EFT shows on your bank statement, sort it as “Already counted”.
Download the file from your bank or payment app, then choose it here. Lines already imported are skipped, so overlapping files are fine.
Each bank line that isn't sorted yet. Choose what it is and tap Save. Payouts from Yoco or the card machine are already counted as sales, so mark those as payouts and they won't be counted twice.
Money in = all income recorded for the month (sales imports, cash-ups and sorted bank deposits). Money out = all expenses. Payouts from Yoco or the card machine into the bank are left out so sales aren't counted twice.
Each month side by side, compared with the previous quarter and the same quarter last year. Made from what you record in Shop Manager, so sort your bank lines first. A management statement, not audited financial statements.
Best customers and invoiced sales come from your invoices. Best-selling products count every sale recorded in your stock (invoices and card-machine or cash sales). All money in is everything on the Income tab.
Shown on your booking page and in your emails to clients, so they can follow you, find you and leave a review in one tap.
Everywhere money comes in or goes out: your bank account, Yoco, card machine, cash, online shop. Sales files are imported per account.
One per line.
One per line. Tick the ones that are stock you buy to sell (cost of sales) on the Month end report.
These print on every invoice you send to your clients. Clients pay into this account.
Your Stock tab comes with the Salvation products already listed, so you are ready to count and sell. Add your own products next to them.
As your Salvation stock is on consignment, the Salvation products belong to head office until you sell them. You still sell and invoice them here. At month end you count them, and the Consignment check under Month end shows what you sold. Head office bills you monthly for that.
When a bank line contains these words, it is suggested this way. Rules are added when you tick “Remember” while sorting.
